Individuals returning from incarceration are often expected to navigate multiple independent organizations to access housing, employment, education, transportation, identification, supervision, healthcare, and other essential services. While many communities offer these resources, they are typically delivered by separate agencies, requiring participants to coordinate complex systems at a time when stability is most critical.
RE:FRAME was designed as a fully integrated re-entry model that brings these essential components together under one organization and one location. Rather than referring participants between multiple service providers, RE:FRAME is designed to deliver housing, workforce development, vocational training, employment opportunities, case management, and ongoing support through a single coordinated program. This integrated approach is intended to reduce barriers, simplify access to services, and create a structured environment where participants can focus on building stability and long-term independence.
